Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is our Goal!
We want everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchases. For that reason, we want to explain our return policy. Being a small mom and pop shop, any item returned within 30 days will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Any paydirt bags must be unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Shipping for any returns must be paid by the buyer, so please ensure you're purchasing the item you want! If you contact us BEFORE shipping we will do our best to cancel your order PRIOR to shipping, but this service is not guaranteed* - so be sure to DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before submitting.
*Gold prospecting takes us out into the desert, (AND it can be at odd hours) where there's no cell phone receiption.
